If moving platform doesn't have target location set it displays big X above itself. I think it's good idea to add those small markers to remind your designer or your future self when something needs further setup in your levels.

I love urban maps in classic shooters, because the zeitgeist really shines through in billboards and other signage.

I've grown a lot since then, and I have come to the galaxy-brained opinion that the BFG is a weapon of skill.

Loki's Minions CTF still has a web site up, surprisingly enough, and I adore its late '90s web design.

It doesn't look professional, but the goal is to make a mockup of what needs to be done. It will be a node through which energy will pass and, for example, connect to a hologram device. This is my approach to better greyboxing (blockout) thanks to modeling tools in Unreal Engine

In a sleep deprived state I decided to play with the #Godot4 CSG tools. Using a couple of plugins (CSG Toolkit & Protoshape) and honestly with better builtin tooling and some added functionality(esp per surface mats) I would definitely use it more. #LevelDesign #GodotEngine #IndieDev #WalkingSim

For this week's Creative Code challenge by @sableraph โ€œ Earthโ€, LayersBeneathEarth is coded in #PuzzleScript, #HydraVideoSynth & #LiveCodeLab.

LayerBeneathEarth Follows a Voyagerโ€™s journey through the various layers beneath the Earth. Entering a dungeon that seems to never end and is constantly changing. This is done through the game engine, PuzzleScript , the effects of Hydra and the 3d audiovisual components of LiveCodeLab.While also having earthy colors in the visual concepts.
