Anyone have any information about methylene blue used to combat #covid, especially prophylactically? I've seen a few small studies, but have never heard anything in media.

Anyone have updates on the BA.2.86 - Pirola - variant? Like is it spreading; is it more or less dangerous..?

Surprised to see so many covid and long covid reports in Swedish media lately. Still no mention of the responsibility of the ones wishing this virus upon people, of course, nor any suggestions on how to AVOID getting it, but still...

"In summary, the study found that the #COVID-19 pandemic disrupted the seasonal pattern of #RSV infections among young children. It also found that prior COVID-19 infection was associated with an increased risk of RSV infections during the 2021 and 2022 peak seasons, suggesting COVID-19 may increase children's vulnerability to RSV. The results highlight the importance of monitoring for RSV amidst the ongoing COVID-19 pandemic."

#Flu in Sweden starting to go up too (just like RS). Pretty flat now, at a HIGH level, most likely about to go up.

This is the forever future now, with CONSTANT high levels of normally seasonal diseases, thanks to the wonders of free spreading #AAIDS.

Great overview of the #AAIDS pandemic.

I already will continue using nasal and oral sprays, and mouthwash, to stave off infection, but does anyone know of any spray to INHALE so as to REALLY effectively keep covid, flu and RS out of the lungs? Something already available, I mean, not experimental drugs or vaccines (unless on the market, of course).

Covid is at a very low rate in Sweden right now. And, from what I gather, the same is true for most other countries. There is also little talk of new variants.

Is it over? Like forever?

Or will it be back in six weeks, just as it has always done these last three years? And/or will it be back next winter, now in a truly seasonal character?

Something FEELS different, but that's not very scientific. What do you all think?

"data trends and patterns suggest that COVID-19 may act as a disease accelerator, amplifying the risk of an illness that may have come later in life. How do you all see the future of covid? It's increasing many places now, after a sharp drop, so still rather low (albeit from a higher base lavel then before). There seems to be few new variants on the horizon as well. Maybe it just can't develop any more, perhaps due to it having reached maximum contagiousness?

Do you think it's over now? Completely? Or do you think it will get worse than ever? Or will it remain at a low base level, year round small risk of infection?

Here we go again! Influenza type B on the rise in Sweden and is predicted to make rather a substantial impact.

Good news, though, is RS and covid currently going down.

So what happens when birdflu - 'normally' killing 56% - meets a population of immunocompromised people? There are vaccines (mostly grown in hens' eggs ironically, and dangerously), but apart from the time it takes to manufacture enough - what if they don't work; what if peoples' immune systems are too weak to adapt to the vaccines and - thus - the virus? What if the virus has mutated?

Flu rising again in Sweden, and RS will too.

After a steep drop flu hardly went below 19/20 flu season PEAK, and is now rising again.

RS also went down, is still going down, but slower now, and I predict it will rise again soon. Even after falling it is still at 18/19 PEAK!

Covid is low, relatively speaking, but seems on the up too.

This is how it is going to be now. Forever. Until something is done. So, yeah, forever.

Swedish RS and flu levels still at 18/19 and 19/20 peak levels even after dropping. RS is dropping slower now, and will soon rise again, and flu already rising again.
