AI's idea for a new gin:
Cat's Claw Ginseng Gin "featuring a unique blend of cat's claw and ginseng for an exotic flavour."
Maybe not as odd as it sounds. Apparently Cat's Claw is a tropical vine found mainly in the Amazon rainforest with hooked thorns that resemble... yeah, claws.
Cat's claw tastes quite bitter, but bitterness often doesn't make it through distillation, so its other woody/earthy flavours might show up more.
Uh... anyone want to try making this?
