@eric given the subjective nature of photo rating the best you can hope for is top 10%. I use #Aftershoot, identifies duplicates, closed eyes, blurred photos, etc to reduce the list to a manageable size.
I downloaded a trial of #AfterShoot: an #AI photo culling tool. The developers have designed it to choose your "best" photos. However, I find it most useful to find my worst: duplicate shots, missed-focus on the subject, etc. Two big obstacles that will keep me from adopting it: 1) that it's a stand-alone app (I really need it to be integrated into the photo management software I'm already using) and 2) subscription pricing. #photography
