This looks genuinely interesting, the #AlpakkaController!

Created by the community, it aims to combine 'the performance of a mouse with the convenience of a #Gamepad.' It seems to be doing much of what I originally wanted from the Steam Controller, but without relying on Steam's software.

It's #OpenSource, 3D-printable, and unlike anything else I’ve seen. It's probably not perfect, and while I’m not a fan of the current design, you can always print a different chassis!
