Avro Anson C.19. Seen at the North East Land, Sea and Air Museum (NELSAM) in Sunderland, this fine example of the Anson is undergoing restoration. Intially flown before the war as a short-range maritime patrol aircraft, the Anson's main use during WW2 was as a multi-engine trainer, preparing bomber crews in several Allied countries.
