What sadist designs a hotel shower so that you can only turn on the water (even with my very long arms) while first getting a full-on blast of ice water. The glass wall on the right prevents you from reaching in from the outside. That happens with the handheld shower on either the upper or lower bracket. I finally held the shower, pointed it into the corner, and only got some odd splatter of ice water. Did not like.

Our big old ginger cat has been neglecting his washing of late, and I fear it’s getting to the time we’ll have to try to give him a bath. He hates having anything done to him, although old he’s strong and very very stubborn.

Managed to get myself to the open air bath. It was impossible to book a ticket because the internet and making everything digital was supposed to make life soooooo much better and easier. Effing BS!
Had to go down to the City Hall and some nice ladies tried to figure this mess out, to no avail. It ended up with them giving me two days' access - for free. Bonus points if you can identify the tattoo on my left shoulder.
