woke to news on #BBCWorldService radio that for the first time China's global warming emissions have reduced year-on-year.

Admittedly, the decline is only 0.3% but, given structural changes to PRC's economy, hopefully the world has turned the corner.

BBC World Service is launching a new radio programme available via MW and SW, broadcasting Iranian news to Iran every day. It complements existing BBC News Persian services.

According to BBC stats, 1 in 4 lranians listen to BBC news services. Currently there is little to no internet connectivity in Iran.

Other illegal stations are also broadcasting from inside Iran.

He claimed Putin doesn't have a position, or he doesn't know the Russian government's position, but he won't condemn Donald Tantrump, for a hypothetical invasion nor Putin for an actual invasion (of Ukraine).

Nor does he know if Donroe Trump is right that Putin covets Greenland.
