It’s strange. I used to feel the need to check my social media multiple times a day and after stepping back for awhile while I focused on health issues and to keep from getting upset by humanity’s self absorbed stupidity I have to actually think to go check social media. All that to say I’m ok I just don’t often think to check in here. It’s not the addiction to social media I used to have and that in all honesty is a good and healthy thing. #BeWell #BeKind #MentalHealth
