Im Jahr 1275 verlieh König Rudolf I. von Habsburg der Stadt Biel den Freiheitsbrief. Dieses Jubiläum feiert die Stadt Biel mit verschiedenen Anlässen.

En 1275, le roi Rodolphe Ier de Habsbourg a remis à Bienne la charte de franchises. La Ville de Bienne célèbre cet anniversaire en organisant plusieurs événements.
