Nachdem ich am letzten Wochenende im #CQWWSSB Contest mitgemacht habe, höre ich jetzt endlich keine Stimmen mehr im Rauschen meines PC-Lüfters.
Zeit für ein Fazit:
900 QSOs und 600.000 Punkte aus Braunschweig mit einer ZS6BKW und einer R8-Vertikal geschafft.

Ich hätte gerne noch einige leise Stationen wie PJ2T gearCQ CONTEST CQ CONTEST 9A1A CONTEST...irgend eine "Big Gun" Station macht die immer platt.

Ob ich jetzt für die neuen Länder auch QSL Karten bekomme? 🙈

Weltkarte mit den erreichten Funkverbindungen. Es finden sich Marker auf fast allen Kontinenten. Gut zu sehen sind die Bandöffnungen nach Nord und Südamerika, wohingegen es nach Japan und Australien nur wenige Verbindungen gibt.
Afrika und Asiatisches Russland wurden kaum errreicht.

Yesterday, a station from Malawi was participating in #CQWWSSB. They had a strange callsign with no letters after the last number and our program could not log it (we logged it as 7Q1L and then manually edited the Cabrillo file). The call sign is 7Q1, with no letters after the last digit. A bit like the late king of Jordan's JY1. If I were asked about these call signs, I'd say they're wrong, aren't they?

This weekend I participated in a few hours of #cqwwssb just for fun. K3, EFHW and 100 W. 95% over 10m which was fantastic. I used @k6gte's #not1mm log for the first time which met all my expectations and very easy to use. Thanks to him for this excellent #Linux software. #hamradio I also had a great time with the radio.

Finished off my #CQWWSSB participation today with a different radio today thanks to my good friend N6MG…. Racked up some great contacts. #10meters was great this weekend!! #hamradio #hamr

Das war ein schöner Tag bei herrlichstem Herbstwetter auf dem Feldberg #CQWWSSB ☀️ Trotz bester Bedingungen, hauptsächlich auf 10m (sogar Australien gehört, auch wenn wir mit unseren 100W und der Atas nicht rüber kamen), nicht allzu viele QSOs, weil viele Ausflügler bei uns stehen blieben und neugierig waren. Auch schön, so lernt man interessante Menschen kennen. #amateurradio #amateurfunk

Inzwischen wieder 🌡️ aufgetaut, wurde gegen Abend doch etwas sehr kühl 🥶❄️ Morgen mit Winterstiefeln!
