A: Es ist eine App, mit der man in verschiedenen europäischen Verkehrsverbünden mittels Check-in/Check-out #CICO seinen #ÖPNV bestreiten kann. Funktioniert soweit, wenigstens in #BaWü (#theLänd) und NRW getestet
Nachdem ich dauerhaft im #Heimbüro verwahrlose, hatte ich auch kein #Jobticket (#DeutschlandTicket) mehr.
Preislich lohnt es sich nicht, obwohl ich dadurch den Tarifdschungel der nahen Zonengrenzen umgehen würde.
#Alternative : Eine #CiCo App (Check-in, Check-out). Ich hatte verschiedene ausprobiert, die @rnvgmbh -eigene, die von @bwegtBW und ganz neu die chic rote App von #Fairtiq.
Fairtiq geht in mehreren Verbünden (soweit klar), ist aber im Test auch billiger 😳

I feel like the prevalence of CI/CO in the fitness community has actually led to almost as many misconceptions as it has resolved. It's frustrating how many conversations around things like weight loss plateaus, or workout routines targeting weight loss are just shouted down now by people essentially saying that nothing is worth considering except how many calories you burn/eat each day.
First off - before the CI/CO crowd comes in to do just what I describe, let me clarify that I'm not in any way refuting the truth of CI/CO, and that in the long term, weight loss/gain is a function of CI/CO. Where people often get in wrong (in my experience) is in simplifying what that means.
