I'm thinking, after today's 13.9km/8.5mi walk, that Chance (the iWatch) is in need of a tune-up or something. 9:28km/15:07mi at a moderately moderate 76% (114 bpm).
1.1C/34F with a windchill of -2.8C/27F, and 82% humidity.
In all the years I have been doing this, I have never had three days with the speed that close. Hrrrumph.

Got distracted and a little spaced out during today's 16.3km/10mi walk. Suspiciously, it took the same 9:29km/15:09mi as yesterday's, but (I'm guessing here) the extra length pumped it up to a whopping lightly moderate 110 bpm (73%).
Rounding out the info dump for today; it was -.6C/31F, wind chill of -4.4C/24F, and 88% humidity.

Morning walk finished. It's just under 1.5 miles and I use my watch to keep track of my pace. I aim for a mile in less than 20 minutes (faster than 3 miles per hour). If the distance was a bit longer I'd actually close my #exercise ring, getting a full 30 minutes with elevated heart rate. I usually close it later in the day.
When I get home, the daily walk I take involves hills. Slower pace, but more likely to close ring. But the fitter I get, the harder it is to close that ring.

Good morning tooters. It’s a beautiful bright sunny day outside. Up early as usual & it was a lovely 15c, the door & windows are wide open to catch the breeze. Today we’re heading to another hot 37c so I’ve already done a number of jobs before it gets too warm.
I’ve already stripped & remade the bed, washed all the sheets & have them on the line. I’ve given the garden a really good watering again. I had thought to head to the pool for a swim but there’s a full day, all lanes school swim carnival on. Damnit! So I’m thinking of doing a Balance class today instead. Of course I could do housework, but that’s not fun 😬.
