Rowing this morning. 12000m at ~107W output. Thats the last long row of Pete's Plan done. 2 more sessions and I will have completed it all.

Rowing this morning. 5 x 1500m intervals with 3 minutes rest. Did the first 4 at ~130W and barely finished the last one. Still happy with it though.

I wish there was a way to enliven my rower (without having artistic skills) - my ideal would be a paint job like a can get - but failing that, it would be cool if you could buy skins for it. I appreciate it is very niche.
