Surely tongue in cheek I thought - but no she seems to be sincere in her stereotyping even if the reviewer never actually explains why this is the essential cookbook for Lesbians… I can only assume the title was dreamt up to get some DM types frothing at the mouth. Shame a not too bad cookbook is given a shite review.

#cookery / #cooking people: I've just been cooking chicken wings. the recipe calls for me to roll the cooked wings in a mixture of uncooked paprika and curry powder.

In an unusual date night activity for @fleeblewidget and I, this week we tried making pies together... while @fleeblewidget was blindfolded and I was forbidden from giving her verbal instructions.

It was really challenging, and pretty stressful... and lots of fun. I very much enjoyed that it made us stretch our communications skills (which is fundamentally sexy and therefore excellent date night material).
