@howelloneill @agreenberg Considering the way #AML works and the fact that all #EVM-based and compatible #Blockchain|s in fact are fully transparent, it's trivial to just #DenyList / #Blocklist wallets that interacted with it.

• OFC that means empowering #abusers to basically commit #dusting against all #Ethereum wallets.

Tho at this point in time I consider the latter one as foreseeable consequence.

• The main argument however is disturbing because by that definition it should be illegal to make or sell ties and cables and rooes because those can be used to strangulate people and the manufacturer would then be charged for assisting in said murders...

@mar I do think that #Allowlisting - like #Blocklisting should be supported...

And yes, I do #DenyList anyone who hosts or facilitates services to #KiwiFarms for all the right reasons.

They should not exist since they're know to host #CSAM and have been fired in the past several times by hosters and registrars for doing so.

So @eff allying with #Hategrooming and beyond - #StochasticTerrorists and defending a CSAM-hosting site makes them complicit in it.

Like I'm shure once big names got their #Minecraft #Streams repeatedly sniped by #Griefers, people like #Jeb did not only get a #BlankCheque to stop them but basically got ordered to do so NOW!

They can be fecking glad they only got #DenyList|ed by Minecraft Servers that use #Mojang's #BlockList and not have their entire #Microsoft Account locked down.
