@Hufnagel soweit ich weiß hat @glsbank gekündigt, und die sind daher am ehesten eine Erklärung schuldig, derer sich aktiv verweigert wird.[¹]
- Wäre die Kündigung aufgrund einer behördlichen Anordnung (ob @BaFin, @bmf, @Bundesregierung oder wer auch immer) würden die das sicherlich zugeben und auf nen Aktenzeichen o.ä. verweisen.[²]
Dem ist aber nach meinem Wissen nicht der Fall.
- "Erpressung durch Drittstaaten" ist halt kein legitimer Kündigungsgrund, und zugeben wollen die das natürlich nicht, weils denen peinlich ist!
"Parallele Beweiskonstruktion" durch inkrimierte Geldtransfers funktioniert nicht in #Deutschland, weil #AML / #CTF - Systeme entsprechende Transfers zurückhalten und nur dann Kontoinhaber/-Bevollmächtigte verdächtigt werden wenn diese durch z.B. Nachfrage konkludierend beweisen dass diese Mittäter*innen sind.
- Sonst würden sog."#Dusting"-Attacken[⁴] (vgl. #TornadoCash)[⁴] ständig Chaos verursachen oder gar als Protestform gegen unliebsame Individuuen und besonders Unternehmen missbraucht werden!
Wäre dies eine behördliche Anordnung würden #BaFin & #BKA (genauer deren #FinCEN) nicht einfach #Briefe schreiben sondern hätten bei Meldung wegen "#Geldwäsche" und/oder "#Terrorismusfinanzierung" bereits die Türen von @RoteHilfe & Co. eingetreten weil jede*r Richter*in das instant genemigt bzw. die zur 'Verhinderung von Beweisvernichtung' das notfalls rückwirkend genemigen können (Siehe *"#Antiterrorpaket" aka. #Entrechtungspaket)…
- Bei der #NPD (oder wie auchimmer die sich nennen) wurde ja sogar nen juristischer Präzedenzfall geschaffen dass dieser [wenn auch bei #Sparkasse als Grundversorger] ein #Konto zu eröffnen sei, solange diese nicht verboten sei, Straftaten gegen die Bank bzw. deren Angestellte und/oder mit dem Konto (Geldwäsche, Terrorismusfinanzierung, …) begeht.
Und ich bin mir sehr sicher dass #RoteHilfe & Co. eben nicht so dumm sind irgendwie dies getan zu haben!

- Sodass bspw. Privatkunden-Accounts bei vielen unterschiedlichen, eingehenden Transfers gesperrt bzw. Eingänge festgehalten werden.
Deshalb funktioniert "#Dusting" mit #Bankkonten (vgl. #TornadoCash) nicht:
- Selbst wenn jemensch meine IBAN hätte und mir dreckiges Geld überweisen würde käme dies dort wohl nie an und würde eher konfisziert...
Das wird wie gesagt bereits seit langem überall gemacht.
Es wird schob jetzt jede Interaktion gewertet und in Echtzeit entschieden ob und unter welchen Bedingungen eine Transakion akzeptiert wird.
- Sei es kontaktlos oder Chip, sei es Cip+PIN verpflichted.

#SmartContract-based #Malware is rampant and not only are there no repercussions for #dusting attacks but even the #OFAC had to address this problem because #tainting #wallets with #TornadoCash is just absurdly rampant.

It's been a #dry start to the #winter season in the #Northland, especially for #snow.
That changed Sunday with several snow #squalls and #lakeeffect #showers passing through.
Several areas got a couple inches of #accumulation, with nearly everyone getting at least a #dusting.
The snow was followed by cold #temperatures that feel more like the season.
