Séance cool aujourd'hui à la salle, j'avais l'impression de pas y avoir été depuis 1000 ans. J'ai augmenté ma charge au bench press (25kg : 10 puis 27,5kg : 6, 5, 6) ainsi qu'au tirage vertical ou je suis passée pour la 1ere fois à 33kg (28,5 Kg : 12, 31kg : 12, 33kg : 8, 8) sachant que cet exo j'ai eut très longtemps des soucis de douleurs aux avant bras m'empêchant d'augmenter la charge donc ça fait plaisir, et même le squat l'air de rien j'ai chargé : 45kg : 8, 50kg : 6, 55kg : 4, 3, 3

Bon après comme toujours y'a aussi le fait que je sois un #DisabledGymRat et que avec ma patho j'ai toujours une crainte de me faire mal, de trop me fatiguer etc. La je sort tout juste d'une période de très grosse fatigue qui a duré environ 3 semaines, pendant 2 semaines j'ai du renoncer à aller à la salle j'avais la haine. C'est toujours du try and retry pour moi de toutes façons, sauf que le prix à payer peut être assez fort #_# #Fibromyalgie #Musculation

Begrudgingly accepting the idea I should not go to the gym tomorrow morning 🥲 I will let myself sleep as much as possible and will do a at home work out session :artsweats: I need to get some energy back to deal with the week after. Of course my knee is acting up on squat day 😩 Weird pain in the knee and the muscle while running, but otherwise nothing, really weird. That didn’t restrained me from squatting and asking for a spotter for the first time 🔥 Going until my physical limit was kinda exhilarating :tialove: That last squat was so hard but I made it ! 🔥 #DisabledGymRat #PlumyWorkout #Gym

Sweating a lot at the gym today :artsweats: I usually don’t, does that man my body is tired ? Waking up was really difficult this morning too 🤔 It really is one of the struggle of having a chronic illness like #fibromyalgia : I don’t’ really know how to listen to my body.
