When the Clouds Begin to Part: Reading the Signs of Democracy’s Renewal – January 13, 2026 – A DWD Editorial

Silhouetted Americans standing together as storm clouds part and sunlight rays form signposts over the U.S. Capitol dome.

The clouds may not be gone yet — but the signposts are visible.

When the Clouds Begin to Part: Reading the Signs of Democracy’s Renewal

Opinion • DrWeb’s Domain

For many Americans — and for millions around the world who have watched the United States as a democratic north star — the period since January 2025 has felt like standing inside a gathering storm. Institutions strained. Norms bent and some broken. Constitutional guardrails tested. Who truly expected the Supreme Court of the United States to roll over for Trump as it has? That is not right-wing. That is simply crazy. The noise has been relentless, the rhetoric exhausting, and the stakes unmistakably historic.

Yet history teaches something equally important: democratic collapse does not arrive all at once — and neither does democratic recovery.

Recovery begins with signs. Subtle at first. Then unmistakable.

If one listens closely beneath the thunder of daily crisis, it becomes clear: the clouds may be parting.

The First Signs: Institutions Remember Who They Are

One of the earliest and most hopeful indicators of democratic renewal is institutional memory reasserting itself.

Courts have continued to issue rulings that quietly but firmly reinforce constitutional boundaries. Career civil servants have refused unlawful directives. Inspectors General, auditors, election officials, and local administrators — the so-called “invisible infrastructure” of democracy — have held their posts. Many have done so under extraordinary pressure.

Democracy does not survive because of speeches. It survives because ordinary people inside extraordinary systems decide, again and again, to do their jobs.

That is happening.

Public Resistance Has Shifted from Outrage to Organization

Another critical sign: the public response has matured.

In 2017–2021, resistance was loud, emotional, and often reactive. In 2025–2026, it has become something more durable: structured, patient, legally grounded, and strategically national.

Voter registration is surging. Grassroots legal funds are multiplying. Journalists are collaborating across outlets and borders. State governments are coordinating constitutional defenses. Universities, bar associations, unions, faith groups, and veterans’ organizations are issuing joint statements rooted not in ideology but in constitutional principle.

This is what civic adulthood looks like.

Authoritarian Power Always Overreaches — and the Overreach Is Now Visible

History is unambiguous on this point: authoritarian atttempts collapse under the weight of their own ambition.

The more power attempts to centralize, the more resistance it creates — not just among citizens, but within the machinery of the state itself. Fractures are now visible inside political coalitions that once appeared unified. Economic confidence wavers when rule of law is threatened. International alliances grow cautious. Investors, courts, businesses, universities, and professional associations begin to hedge against instability.

Power that depends on fear is always fragile.

The World Is No Longer Standing on the Sidelines

Another hopeful signal: the global democratic community is no longer silent.

Foreign courts, human-rights bodies, election monitors, international media, and allied governments are actively documenting events inside the United States. This matters. It constrains excess. It preserves record. It establishes future accountability.

Democracy is no longer merely an American inheritance. It is now a shared global responsibility.

What Comes Next: The Great Recovery of Democracy, 2026

If the past year was about resistance, the coming year will be about reconstruction.

The Great Recovery of Democracy will not arrive through one election alone. It will unfold through a sequence:

  • Legal clarification of constitutional limits
  • Electoral realignment driven by turnout
  • Institutional reforms reinforcing checks and balances
  • A generational renewal of civic participation
  • A recommitment to shared factual reality

This is how democracies heal — not by erasing conflict, but by re-anchoring legitimacy.

How We Will Know We Are Winning

We the People are winning when:

  • The rule of law reasserts itself over political convenience
  • Elections regain their authority as final arbiters
  • Extremism begins to fracture from the inside
  • Public trust inches upward
  • Young Americans choose engagement over despair

Most of all, we will know we are winning when fear no longer drives the national conversation.

Looking Up Through the Clouds

Looking Up Through the Clouds

The clouds have not yet vanished. But the sky is changing. Keep watching the skies!

And history shows: once democratic momentum returns, it moves with extraordinary force.

After 250 years, the American experiment has learned its hardest lesson once again — and it is remembering its purpose.

The road ahead is long.

But the signposts are now visible.

And they are pointing forward…

Propaganda Doesn’t Own You: DrWeb’s Short Guide to Staying Grounded Online

Propaganda Doesn’t Own You: A Coach’s Short Guide to Staying Grounded Online

Propaganda Doesn’t Own You: A Coach’s Short Guide to Staying Grounded Online – By DrWeb, a digital coach

Hey friends, propaganda is everywhere these days, from headlines to memes.

It’s not about left or right—it’s about getting you to react fast, share faster, and think slower.

But you still have power. You don’t need to fix the whole internet. Pick one or two ideas here, try them for a week, and see how it feels.

No magic, just small moves that work.

Your PAUSE Check: Four Steps to Slow the Scroll

When a story spikes your emotions (anger, excitement, fear), hit pause. The story or image or site is designed to get an emotional response –don’t give it. Pause. Check…

Run this quick check:

  • Pause the scroll
Stop before clicking, liking, or sharing. Ask: “What is this trying to make me feel?”
  • Ask: who’s talking?
Check the “About” page or profile. Who runs this? Who funds it? Google “[site name] bias” or “fact check.”
  • Use a second source
Search the core claim in a new tab. Does it show up in multiple outlets? Even ones that disagree politically?
  • See the original
Find the speech, document, or study it quotes. Does the post match the full context, or is it clipped?

Takes 60 seconds.

Propaganda hates those 60 seconds.

Pick One (or Two) to Start

Mix and match—no pressure:

  • Clean your feed: Unfollow one account or site that always leaves you riled up. Add one trusted source to your bookmarks or email.
  • Quarantine the noise: Put known spin outlets in a separate browser tab or profile so they don’t poison your main feed.
  • Share smarter: Never share “just to mock it.” Quote a snippet and link a fact-check instead.

You’re curating your space, not the world’s.

You Still Have Power

Here’s the truth from your friend & coach: no tool blocks everything.

Memes, screenshots, and friends’ shares will sneak through. But if you pause, check, and choose what you amplify, you’re harder to fool. You become the one who asks, “Wait, has anyone verified this?”

Try it. You’ll feel the difference.

DrWeb’s Top Ten Christmas Movies…

DrWeb’s Top Ten Christmas Movies – 2025 update

National Lampoon’s Christmas Vacation (Photo credit: Wikipedia)

[originally published 12/24 in 2004, from my old blog]

Here’s my favorite Christmas movies, with links to see more about them at the Internet Movie Database..

I know I said top ten, but I’m adding a movie to the mix this year, let’s call it an extra listing #11.. see below.. if you haven’t seen the “Office Christmas Party,” settle in for some hilarious, over-the-top spoofing of holiday parties and office culture…

enjoy the holidays…

1) A Christmas Carol – The early version from 1951 with Alastair Sim is still my favorite, and favorite version of this Dickens’ tale…

2) National Lampoon’s Christmas Vacation – The Griswald Family Christmas is a holiday fun treat, with enough silly gags, laughs, and even risque fun.. there’s nothing like an old-fashioned family Christmas…

3) Christmas in Connecticut – Old black and white that never fails to make me laugh, and tug at the heartstrings.. yes, sentimental but a favorite…

4) Love Actually – New onto my list this year, I can’t quite get that Christmas is All Around song out of my head, nor the criss-star-crossed lovers in this homage to British love in all its variety.. a new holiday favorite.. and I want the soundtrack CD…

5) Serendipity – Another romantic comedy, which happens to take place in part at Christmas.. it’s magical, lyrical, funny, and lifts you up where you belong…

6) A Christmas Carol – To my mind, this version with Patrick Stewart steals the thunder of classic-redone well, and puts to shame some other versions other there.. for a modern retelling with power, try this one.. made for tv, but looks very good…

7) Home Alone – The original still sings a tale of lonely boy, loser criminals, and a lost family, at Christmastime.. good, and pass on the sequels…

8) A Christmas Story – Hilarious romp in the 1940s with a boy, a BB gun, Santa, elves, dogs eating turkey, and more…

9) It’s a Wonderful Life – No list would be complete for Christmas without this favorite look at life without *you* and the magic we all make in each life we touch.. always good to view on Christmas Eve…

10) White Christmas – Irving Berlin’s music, Danny Kaye and Bing Crosby and some wonderful ladies led by Rosemary Clooney make a holiday winner.. complete with shows, trains, snow, and post-WWII moments to reflect on…

11) Office Christmas Party – “When his uptight CEO sister threatens to shut down his branch, the branch manager throws an epic Christmas party in order to land a big client and save the day, but the party gets way out of hand…” -IMDB ..it’s wild and wacky, but somehow, it all works.. maybe don’t show to the whole family, has some rough language, etc. But, I laugh every time I watch…

Merry Christmas Eve to all, and to all, a good night…

October 2025 U.S. Midterms Update: Politics, Economy, Shutdown Impact, Fundraising, Redistricting, and Key Races – An UPDATE Report

October 2025 U.S. Midterms Update: Politics, Economy, Shutdown Impact, Fundraising, Redistricting, and Key Races

Political Landscape and Approval Ratings

As of early October 2025, President Trump’s job approval remains steady in the low 40s percentile, with disapproval rates in the mid-50s. Despite the recent government shutdown turmoil, his core support remains loyal, reflecting stable but polarized public opinion. Polling aggregators like RealClearPolitics and the New York Times report a narrow approval range between 39% and 44% over the past several months (RealClearPolitics; New York Times).

This contrasts with broad voter dissatisfaction: a YouGov/Economist poll found 59% believe the country is on the wrong track, while 60% disapprove of Trump’s handling of inflation. Only 26% rate the economy positively. The shutdown and healthcare funding debates risk impacting Trump’s midterm prospects but early trends suggest limited shifts in overall sentiment (YouGov; NPR).

Government Shutdown Fallout

The federal government shutdown began October 1, 2025, after Senate failure to pass funding bills. Approximately 750,000 federal workers face furloughs, and active-duty military pay is affected (CNN Politics; Government Executive).

Key impacts include:

  • Reduced national park services raise visitor safety concerns (BBC Travel).
  • Social Security and Veterans benefits continue, but new claims processing is delayed (SSA.gov).
  • Airport operations face staffing challenges affecting efficiency (NBC News).
  • NIH research grants and FOIA requests are on hold (Latham & Watkins).

With partisan stalemates ongoing, messaging battles over the shutdown’s blame are influencing voter perceptions (Politico).

Early Primary Results and Fundraising Reports

Preliminary 2025 special and local election results hint at emerging voter enthusiasm patterns. Fundraising reports through Q3 show Republicans holding a narrow cash advantage overall, although Democratic challengers in key swing districts have posted notable gains. This financial landscape suggests intensifying resource battles ahead of critical nomination contests (270toWin; Sabato’s Crystal Ball).

Legal Challenges and Redistricting Fallout

Ongoing legal disputes over congressional maps affect campaign strategies nationwide. California’s Proposition 50, aiming to create an independent commission to redraw districts, could favor Democrats by reshaping competitive seats. Lawsuits challenging districting plans in Texas and North Carolina add uncertainty, with court outcomes potentially reshaping the 2026 electoral terrain (270toWin; Politico).

Congressional Midterm Outlook

Senate: Democrats face a tough map, needing to swing four seats to gain control. Key battlegrounds like Pennsylvania and Georgia remain highly competitive, with forecasts maintaining a slim Republican edge (270toWin; Cook Political Report).

House: Republicans currently have a moderate edge in retaining the House majority, but redistricting battles such as Proposition 50 introduce uncertainty. Candidate filings and retirements will influence the competitive landscape as campaigns intensify (270toWin; Sabato’s Crystal Ball).

Economic and Social Issues

Inflation and cost-of-living pressures remain top voter concerns, with pessimism on economic growth widespread. The government shutdown heightens doubts about federal government competence and service reliability, likely influencing turnout and party enthusiasm. Social polarization persists around immigration, healthcare, and governance, framing party messaging battles (White House Research; Pew Research Center; Notus.org).

Key Races and Ballot Measures

  • California’s Proposition 50 — a key ballot measure aiming to create nonpartisan districting — could shift several House districts in Democrats’ favor (270toWin).
  • Highly contested Senate races in swing states such as Pennsylvania and Georgia remain closely watched (Cook Political Report).
  • Ongoing primary battles and fundraising developments will shape narratives and resource allocations ahead of 2026 (Sabato’s Crystal Ball).

How and Why Did Democrats Say They Chose Shutdown over Trump – October 5, 2025 – A Special Report

Special Report: Democrats, the 2025 Shutdown, and Trump’s Embrace of Project 2025

By DrWeb — October 5, 2025

DrWeb’s view in context and the thrust of the decision by Democratic leaders during the 2025 Federal Shutdown. This report examines how the Democratic strategy unfolded, the stakes of the standoff, and how former President Donald Trump is now openly embracing the Heritage Foundation’s Project 2025 as the blueprint for his second term. The adoption of this plan, once denied during the campaign, is reshaping the contours of the shutdown fight and raising questions about the balance of power.

Overview & Stakes

As the shutdown entered October, Democrats framed it as both a test of political resolve and a defense of core healthcare and social programs. They argue that Republicans, under Trump’s renewed influence, are using the budget process as a wedge to force acceptance of Project 2025’s sweeping proposals: mass layoffs, dismantling of federal agencies, and consolidation of executive power.

The stakes are immediate and long-term. Hundreds of thousands of federal workers face lost pay. Public services from healthcare research to postal delivery are curtailed. At the same time, the ideological battle now centers on whether Trump can leverage the crisis to sidestep Congress and implement a 900-page partisan blueprint outside normal democratic checks.

Analysis

Democrats’ strategy has been to draw a sharp line against Project 2025, framing it as an existential threat to constitutional checks and balances. Yet some critics say Democrats are risking political backlash by embracing a shutdown.

Trump’s use of the shutdown to advance layoffs and executive consolidation shows how a budget impasse can morph into a constitutional stress test. With Russell Vought at the center, the administration is turning Heritage’s proposals into operational reality — while Democratic leaders like Hakeem Jeffries and Adam Schiff try to keep their caucus united.

Birthday Music – DrWeb

Well, I realized the other day, lots of reflection at birthday tie, that I don’t know my favorite music, or songs. I have favorites, a few noted here today, and final one listed for the world we will survive right now. These are in no particular order, just a few favorites!

I hope you enjoy, celebrate your music, share it with others! To me, it’s a part of who you are… –DrWeb

[embedyt] https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=LTseTg48568%5B/embedyt%5D

The Pink Floyd music takes me away, and this performance sets a tone for a place you can be, and how to be okay there. Numb is perhaps a shield, while you endure or recover or gather strength. Comfortable is a waystation, catch your breath, go on…

[embedyt] https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=e5MAg_yWsq8%5B/embedyt%5D

Sometimes, in a dream, I see this song, and there’s a starship, Jefferson Starship maybe, and I climb aboard, and carry on, Humanity to the Stars… There’s the young and old versions of this one. Above is the older one, below is the new one. Enjoy, I’ve got to be free, free to chase the life that’s ahead of me…

This one always makes me happy. Optimistic. Ready for the Future… We’ll try, best as we can, from the heart, Carry On!!

Boston has so many great hit, but this one gets me, when I listen..
So many people have come and gone
Their faces fade as the years go by
Yet I still recall as I wander on
As clear as the sun in the summer sky

When I’m tired and thinking cold
I hide in my music, forget the day
And dream of a girl I used to know
I closed my eyes and she slipped away
She slipped away…

Alan Parsons, and Project, are amazing. This is my favorite video of their performance of this hit. “I can read your mind..” Metaphysical music…

I am the eye in the sky
Looking at you
I can read your mind
I am the maker of rules
Dealing with fools
I can cheat you blind
And I don’t need to see anymore to know that
I can read your mind (Looking at you)
I can read your mind (Looking at you)
I can read your mind (Looking at you)
I can read your mind

I cry watching. Not sure why. The aging band, hearing their magic music, in this environment, Obama, Michelle, Kennedy Center — and the finale, the surprise, the joy, I am overwhelmed with spirit and joy. This band made music. For us. Their music will live on… may our children, grandchildren, and their children, enjoy for centuries! Your stairway lies on the whispering wind…

And as we wind on down the road
Our shadows taller than our soul
There walks a lady we all know
Who shines white light and wants to show
How everything still turns to gold
And if you listen very hard
The tune will come to you at last
When all are one, and one is all
To be a rock and not to roll
And she’s buying a stairway to Heaven

[embedyt] https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=pHpLEW0MW4E%5B/embedyt%5D

Never much of a sailor, but the oceans, the sea, lakes, water –special to me. Somehow.

(I think about)
Think about how many times I have fallen
Spirits are using me, larger voices calling
What heaven brought you and me
Cannot be forgotten (I’ve been around the world)

Major Historical Threats to American Democracy & in 2025 – History Analysis by Perplexity Pro – September 10, 2025

Major Historical Threats to American Democracy 2025

The Civil War Crisis (1850s-1860s)

The most severe threat in American history came from the convergence of polarization over slavery, racial conflict, and economic inequality between North and South. This led to actual secession, civil war, and the temporary breakdown of democratic governance.

Sources: The Crisis of American Democracy in Historical Context; The Crisis of American Democracy in Historical Context; American Civil War (Wikipedia)

Reconstruction Collapse and Jim Crow (1870s-1890s)

Following the Civil War, violent suppression of African American voting rights through terrorism, lynchings, and systematic disenfranchisement effectively ended democracy for millions of Americans for over half a century. The Wilmington coup of 1898 exemplified this threat—elected officials were forced to resign at gunpoint and replaced with white supremacist Democrats.

Sources: The Crisis of American Democracy in Historical Context; The Crisis of American Democracy in Historical Context; Reconstruction Era (Wikipedia)

The Founding Era Crisis (1790s)

Political polarization nearly brought down the young republic as the Founding Fathers split into hostile partisan camps, creating what one scholar called “partisan warfare” that threatened the nation’s survival.

Sources: We’ve been here before – JHU Hub – Johns Hopkins University; The Crisis of American Democracy in Historical Context; Foundation Era Crisis, 1790s (Wikiepedia)

Current Threats Under Trump’s Second Term (2025)

Significant Attacks on Electoral Integrity

  • Suspended voting protections meant to expand voter access
  • Dismissed critical voter access cases despite DOJ obligations
  • Issued executive order baselessly accusing the Biden campaign of election interference
  • Required proof of citizenship to vote and mandated changes to mail-in ballot practices

Sources: The Trump Administration’s Campaign to Undermine the Next Election; Dangerous cracks in US democracy pillars – Brookings Institution

Undermining Rule of Law

  • Pardoned approximately 1,500 January 6 insurrectionists, including violent offenders, on his first day
  • Demanded DOJ seek evidence to prosecute the previous administration
  • Attempted to freeze trillions in federal funding through illegal orders
  • Challenged birthright citizenship guaranteed by the Constitution

Source: The Trump Administration’s Campaign to Undermine the Next Election

Executive Aggrandizement and Corruption Risks

  • Granted unelected Elon Musk unprecedented access to classified information and power over government departments through DOGE
  • Rescinded ethics commitments for executive branch personnel
  • Implemented Schedule F to potentially replace thousands of career civil servants with loyalists
  • Created new avenues for potential foreign influence through business interests

Source: The Trump Administration’s Campaign to Undermine the Next Election

Authoritarian Tactics

  • Used rhetoric labeling political opponents as “evil,” “enemies,” “criminals,” and “lunatics”
  • Made anonymous violent threats against federal judges reach “unprecedented highs”
  • Weakened election infrastructure by disbanding the Foreign Influence Task Force
  • Created a “climate of political fear unprecedented in modern American history”

Ranking of All Threats to American Democracy

Tier 1: Existential Threats

  1. Civil War Crisis (1850s-1860s) – Actual dissolution of the Union and armed conflict
  2. Trump’s Second Term (2025) – First time all four democratic threats converge simultaneously
  3. Reconstruction Collapse (1870s-1890s) – Systematic disenfranchisement lasting decades

Tier 2: Severe Institutional Threats

  1. Watergate Era (1970s) – Presidential criminality and constitutional crisis
  2. World War II Internment (1940s) – Mass violation of civil rights under executive power
  3. Founding Era Crisis (1790s) – Near-collapse of early democratic institutions

Tier 3: Significant But Contained Threats

  1. McCarthyism (1950s) – Suppression of political dissent and civil liberties
  2. Various wartime restrictions – Temporary but concerning expansions of executive power

The systematic nature of current threats—targeting elections, rule of law, civil liberties, and institutional checks simultaneously—creates what experts call “an especially grave moment for democracy.”

Unlike past crises that involved one or two threats, this convergence makes the current period extraordinarily perilous.

Correction: Corrected post, the original showed I used Perplexity. It was ChatGPT instead.

1. Education in the Federal Budget & GDP

  • The U.S. Department of Education’s budget for FY 2024 was about $268.4 billion, representing roughly 4 percent of total federal spending (which totaled approximately $6.78 trillion) (USAFacts).
  • As for overall government education spending as a share of GDP, it’s around 5.4 percent of the U.S. GDP, based on recent data (2022) from the World Bank .

👉 So:
≈ 4 % of the federal budget is Education Department funding.
• Government education outlays are about 5.4 % of GDP, including state and local contributions.

2. What happens to the billions rescinded last night by Congress?

On July 17, 2025, the Senate approved a $9 billion rescissions bill (51–48) targeting previously authorized funds—primarily cutting about $8 billion in foreign aid and $1.1 billion from the Corporation for Public Broadcasting (PBS/NPR) (The Washington Post). The bill now heads back to the House, which must pass it by Friday—or the funds will be released as originally planned (The Washington Post).

After enactment and being signed by President Trump, these rescinded funds are simply not spent. They are subtracted from budget authority and effectively returned to the Treasury, cutting outlays rather than being redirected. There’s no indication from the administration that the money will be reallocated to other programs—the goal is purely to withdraw federal funding, especially for foreign aid and public media .

The Rescue Package included a carve-out of $400 million to preserve funding for the PEPFAR AIDS relief program (The Wall Street Journal), so that money remains in place.

✅ In summary:

QuestionAnswer1. Education’s share of U.S. budget≈ 4% of federal spending; gov’t-wide education ≈ 5.4% of GDP2. Rescinded $9 billion?Withdrawn from spending—not reallocated; includes $8 billion from foreign aid and $1.1 billion from public broadcasting; PEPFAR spared $400 million

"🚨 Openfire Vulnerability Under Active Exploit: A Gateway to Ransomware and Cryptominers 🚨"

The widely-used Openfire chat server is under siege as hackers exploit a high-severity flaw, CVE-2023-32315, to deploy ransomware and cryptominers. This Java-based open-source XMPP server, boasting 9 million downloads, has become a lucrative target due to an authentication bypass vulnerability in its admin console. Attackers are creating new admin accounts on vulnerable servers, installing malicious Java plugins, and executing commands via HTTP requests. 🛑

The flaw spans across various Openfire versions dating back to 2015. Although patches were released in May 2023, over 3,000 servers remained vulnerable by mid-August 2023. The first known exploitation dates back to June 2023, when a server was ransomed post-exploitation. Attack scenarios include deploying crypto-mining trojans, installing backdoors, and extracting server information. 🕵️

Dr. Web has identified four distinct attack scenarios leveraging this flaw, emphasizing the urgency of applying available security updates. BleepingComputer also reports multiple instances of Openfire servers being encrypted with ransomware, appending a .locked1 extension to files. The ransom demands range from 0.09 to 0.12 bitcoins ($2,300 to $3,500). 🖥️🔓

The threat landscape is evolving, with threat actors not solely targeting Openfire servers but any vulnerable web server. It's a stark reminder for organizations to stay vigilant and ensure their systems are up-to-date with the latest security patches. 🛡️

Huawei - Malware found on the AppGallery app store for the first time

Doctor Web’s virus analysts have uncovered the first malware on AppGallery―the official app store from the Huawei Android device manufacturer. They turned out to be dangerous Android.Joker trojans that function primarily to subscribe users to premium mobile services. In total, our specialists discovered that 10 modifications of these trojans have found their way onto AppGallery, with more than 538,000 users having installed them.

Android.Joker is relatively old malware family known since the fall of 2019. Doctor Web malware analysts come across new versions and modifications of these trojans almost daily. They were formerly seen most often on the official Android app store―Google Play. The attackers, however, have apparently decided to expand the scale of their activity and shift their attention to alternative catalogs supported by major players on the mobile device market.

Similar to other Android.Joker trojans, the discovered modifications were spread under the guise of harmless apps that, when launched, worked as users would have expected. This technique allows attackers to stay below the radar for prolonged periods of time and infect as many Android devices as possible. For victims, the trojans acted like virtual keyboards, a camera app, a launcher, an online messenger, a sticker collection, coloring programs, and a game. 8 of these apps were distributed by the developer Shanxi kuailaipai network technology co., ltd, while the other 2 by the developer 何斌.
