नशा मुक्ति: हिमाचल में शुरू होगा व्यापक अभियान, समाज के सभी वर्ग होंगे शामिल

Himachal News: हिमाचल प्रदेश सरकार नशे के खिलाफ सख्ती बरत रही है। मुख्यमंत्री सुखविंद्र सिंह सुक्खू ने रविवार को शिमला में कहा कि जल्द ही नशा मुक्ति अभियान शुरू होगा। यह अभियान समाज के सभी वर्गों को जोड़ेगा। पुलिस हाफ मैराथन में विजेताओं को सम्मानित करते हुए उन्होंने यह बात कही। सरकार ने 80 सरकारी कर्मचारियों पर नशे से जुड़ी गतिविधियों के लिए कार्रवाई की है।

नशे के खिलाफ जीरो टॉलरेंस नीति

मुख्यमंत्री ने बताया कि सरकार ने नशा मुक्ति के लिए जीरो टॉलरेंस नीति अपनाई है। कुछ पुलिसकर्मियों की संलिप्तता सामने आने पर पुलिस मैनुअल में बदलाव पर विचार चल रहा है। इससे जवाबदेही सुनिश्चित होगी। पंचायत स्तर पर नशे की मैपिंग शुरू हो चुकी है। विशेष टास्क फोर्स के लिए भर्ती प्रक्रिया भी चल रही है। पुलिस विभाग में 500 नए पद भरे जाएंगे।

कठोर कानूनी कार्रवाई

हिमाचल सरकार ने एनडीपीएस एक्ट के तहत पीआईटी लागू किया है। इस साल 36 डिटेंशन आदेश जारी किए गए। सात नशा तस्करों की संपत्तियां जब्त की गईं। हिमाचल प्रदेश एंटी ड्रग्स एक्ट लागू कर नशा पीड़ितों और अपराधियों में अंतर स्थापित किया गया है। नशा मुक्ति के लिए यह कदम महत्वपूर्ण है। सरकार नशा पीड़ितों के पुनर्वास पर भी ध्यान दे रही है।

सामाजिक जागरूकता और पुनर्वास

मुख्यमंत्री ने समाज से युवाओं को नशे से बचाने की अपील की। अभिभावकों और समुदाय से मिलकर काम करने को कहा। नशा पीड़ितों को समाज की मुख्यधारा में लाने के लिए पुनर्वास पर जोर दिया जा रहा है। इस मौके पर नशा मुक्ति जागरूकता गीत ‘हार्मनी ऑफ पाइन’ भी जारी किया गया।

मैराथन में विजेताओं का सम्मान

12वीं हिमाचल पुलिस हाफ मैराथन में रविदास और रूबी कश्यप ने 21.5 किमी दौड़ जीती। उन्हें 51-51 हजार रुपये दिए गए। मिनी मैराथन में रवि चौधरी और सुनीता विजेता रहे। ड्रीम रन में मोहम्मद सोहेल, विपाशा वर्मा सहित कई अन्य को पुरस्कृत किया गया।

नशा मुक्ति: पंजाब में नशे के खिलाफ जंग तेज, बलतेज पन्नू ने किया फरीदकोट केंद्र का दौरा

Punjab News: पंजाब सरकार नशे के खिलाफ अपनी मुहिम को और मजबूत कर रही है। नशा मुक्ति के लिए शुरू किए गए युद्ध में सरकार ने न केवल नशा तस्करों पर सख्त कार्रवाई की, बल्कि नशे के शिकार लोगों के इलाज और पुनर्वास के लिए भी ठोस कदम उठाए हैं। नशा मुक्ति मोर्चा पंजाब के कन्वीनर बलतेज सिंह पन्नू ने फरीदकोट के गुरु गोबिंद सिंह मेडिकल कॉलेज और अस्पताल में स्थित नशा छुड़ाऊ केंद्र का दौरा किया। इस दौरान उन्होंने पत्रकारों से बातचीत में सरकार के प्रयासों की जानकारी दी।

नशा तस्करी पर सख्ती

पंजाब सरकार ने नशा तस्करों के खिलाफ कड़ा रुख अपनाया है। बलतेज पन्नू ने बताया कि नशे की सप्लाई चेन को तोड़ने में सरकार को बड़ी सफलता मिली है। तस्करों के खिलाफ कानूनी कार्रवाई तेज की गई है। इसके साथ ही, नशे के शिकार लोगों को समाज की मुख्यधारा में लाने के लिए सरकार ने कई कदम उठाए हैं। नशा मुक्ति केंद्रों में मरीजों के लिए बेहतर सुविधाएं दी जा रही हैं।

पुनर्वास के लिए व्यापक इंतजाम

फरीदकोट के नशा छुड़ाऊ केंद्र में मरीजों को न केवल इलाज, बल्कि काउंसलिंग, योग और खेल जैसी गतिविधियों के जरिए नई जिंदगी शुरू करने का मौका दिया जा रहा है। पन्नू ने बताया कि सरकार ने नशा मुक्ति केंद्रों में बेड की संख्या को दोगुना और तिगुना किया है। साथ ही, मरीजों को रोजगार के लिए तैयार करने के लिए विभिन्न व्यावसायिक कोर्स भी शुरू किए गए हैं। इन कोर्सों का मकसद मरीजों को आत्मनिर्भर बनाना है, ताकि वे सम्मानजनक जीवन जी सकें।

सरकारी सहयोग और निरंतर निगरानी

बलतेज पन्नू ने कहा कि पंजाब सरकार पूरी तरह से नशा मुक्ति के लिए प्रतिबद्ध है। नशा मुक्ति मोर्चा की टीमें सभी जिलों में सक्रिय हैं और उन्हें पुलिस, स्वास्थ्य विभाग और अन्य सरकारी विभागों का पूरा सहयोग मिल रहा है। केंद्रों की सुविधाओं को और बेहतर करने के लिए नियमित निरीक्षण भी किया जा रहा है। इस दौरे में मालवा जोन के इंचार्ज सुखजीत सिंह ढिल्लवां, फरीदकोट जिला योजना बोर्ड के चेयरमैन और अन्य कार्यकर्ता भी मौजूद थे।

समाज से सहयोग की अपील

पन्नू ने समाज के सभी वर्गों से अपील की कि वे नशे को जड़ से खत्म करने के लिए सरकार और प्रशासन का साथ दें। उन्होंने कहा कि पंजाब की धरती पर नशे के लिए कोई जगह नहीं है। गुरबानी भी नशे की बजाय नाम की खुमारी की बात करती है। इस दौरे में पन्नू और उनकी टीम ने मरीजों से मुलाकात की और उनकी स्थिति के बारे में जानकारी ली।

पंजाब सरकार के इन प्रयासों से नशे के खिलाफ जंग में नई उम्मीद जगी है। पंजाब सरकार की वेबसाइट पर नशा मुक्ति केंद्रों की जानकारी उपलब्ध है।
