#Ancona 🇮🇹 yard in Autumn 2004: this is #FS #ETR.401, built in the 1970s and, it seems, the world’s first #Pendolino tilting train in revenue earning service. The unit is being preserved as museum stock, I think.
The technology has since been widely used to increase running speed, and to reduce centrifugal force, when travelling through curves.

Domino! #ETR

So yesterday I was baffled because all the images on my #ETR timeline stopped showing. I tried to blame Moshidon but when I checked in the browser still nothing. So I disabled the NextDNS and they came back, but not in the browser, uBlock was doing its job. Turns out one of the filters added exoio to the blocklist. Anyway, removed that and we're good to go. But heads up for anyone else with the problem.

#ETR, czyli Easy-to-Read to teksty łatwe do przeczytania dla osób niepełnosprawnych umysłowo. Szkoda tylko, że według mnie polska strona na temat ETR, czyli http://etr.edu.pl, jest niedostępna cyfrowo dla innych rodzajów niepełnosprawności, mimo tego jest napisane w Deklaracji Dostępności.
Moim zdaniem strona nie spełnia kryteriów 1.3.4 oraz 1.4.10 WCAG, ponieważ na telefonie wygląda jak na załączonym obrazku. W czym widzę problem? Tekst jest mały i żeby można było go odczytać trzeba powiększyć tekst, co już oznacza niezgodność z 1.4.10, czyli że „treść może być prezentowana bez utraty informacji lub funkcjonalności, bez konieczności przewijania w dwóch wymiarach dla:
- Pionowego przewijania treści o szerokości odpowiadającej 320 pikselom CSS;
- Poziomego przewijania treści na wysokości odpowiadającej 256 pikselom CSS”. Są oczywiście wyjątki, ale ta strona nią nie jest.
1.3.4 głosi że „treść nie ogranicza swojego widoku i działania do jednej orientacji wyświetlania, takiej jak pionowa lub pozioma, chyba że określona orientacja wyświetlania jest istotna”, więc nie mam pewności czy to jest niezgodność, natomiast odnośnie do wcześniej wspomnianego kryterium moim zdaniem jest to niezgodne.
