On Monday, Ford announced it would convert the BlueOval SK Battery Park in Glendale, which was built to produce EV batteries, into a facility that supports the power grid and “large demand for battery energy storage from data centers."

“Instead of plowing billions into the future knowing these large EVs will never make money, we are pivoting,” Ford CEO Jim Farley told the Wall Street Journal.
