In my fitness journey I encountered an #lgbtq #zwift club and I thought "Hey, let's join their Zwift Racing League team. Sounds fun right?
A. It's an amazing amount of fun, if you can, I recommend it, zwift is ok on its own, but it's so much more than ok, amazing in fact, when you have friends to ride with.
B. I am not a Cat B racer, I am Cat C, keeping up is hard, real hard, but every day I get a little fitter, a little faster, and I climb the finishing ranks one spot at a time.
C. Looking at like, overall states and category power comparisons, it's obvious that it's the weight holding me back. Unfortunately I know going on a deficit is going to gradually tank my performance, but I'm okay with that, because once I get back to maintenance I'll be fitter than ever. π
D. Has anyone upgraded their Zwift Hub with the single sprocket and click shifting yet? If so, how are you liking it?

Tried to go heavier with adding an extra 5 kilos. Managed 6x π. Changed the 2* 2,5 kilos for 2* 1,25 ones. Let's see if I get get 8x in now.
It's all trying and seeing what I'll he able to do. No progress if I don't try new weights.

I did my best again today! Just a small round with Arwen left... So I'll probably just hit the 33k. I've kit heard anything of my downstairs neighbors, so I do hope they aren't disturbed by my walks on the mill. π
Very happy with yesterday's (34k) and today's steps.
Tomorrow and Thursday will be a bit harder to get more steps in. But hey, I got the mill so let's crush this! πͺπΌ
OK got my rower out again. I'm aiming for 10 minutes. Will be going slow to build it up. Yesterday I had 250 strokes in just under 9 minutes. Today I'll aim for time.

Starting with my morning steps with an incline of 5%. It's still dark out, as it's 3:15am here. But I'm alone in the gym and loving that! Yay for the 24/7 opening times we have. Me = loving it π§‘

I had two days now of +35k steps. Both days I needed to sleep in the afternoon. Shows I will need to train loads more to get to the 54k steps (40km).
But I have some more time.
Getting a very heavy IBS flare yesterday afternoon and evening didn't help...
Except for my weight as I lost 2 kilo's almost overnight... π₯
Let's hope I can keep the weight off though.
Feels like I started training already π
An hour walking on the treadmill, 6k with Arwen and I just went to the supermarket...
I'm even browsing treadmills for at home so I can train during the winter without breaking a leg or something π
Getting closer to the bottom... Am at 175lbs/79kg now.
Only three more weights to go till I've reached the bottom π
But that'll take me some time, as the lowest weight, the highest one as well π, is 220lbw/100kg. So that'll need some more training for sure.
This is definitely one of my best exercises, especially for my legs.

Legday. I always struggle. Several hip and pelvic surgeries make my right leg a little less steong than the left one. I only do leg day once a week as it has a huge impact on my legs. But every Saturday (or Sunday) I try to focus on my legs. π
