We see someone burning down a car, and someone with a face covering throwinf a molotov cocktail. Then narration says 'However!!! It has also become a symbol of rebellion... and of protests against oppression, injustice, 'the system''. We see people protesting on the street, and a bunch of raised fists.

Frida is confused. They ask: 'Wait... What? What -- what do you mean 'representing'?'. Gloria and Ernie chime in. Gloria asks 'So, er, E.B. is still alive?'. Ernie says excitedly: 'That would make them over 100 years old! At least! Are they a vampire?'. Gamma is confused and says 'What? No, they -- sigh. Ok. E.B. is dead. And this is why I am here, representing them and their interests. And NO. They are -- were not a vampire.'. Ernie replies from off-screen: 'Aw, bummer. I wanted to meet a vampire.'

Today #Fodongo turns 2 years old.

Fodongo exists first and foremost thanks to its contributors, wonderful artists who have trusted the project and trusted me with their work, and agreed to be a part of this. I appreciate you all immensely, and I hope we can continue collaborating for a long time!

The #zine is also incredibly fortunate to have a number of financial supporters through OpenCollective, Ko-Fi and Patreon, people who like the project, like Free-Culture and to support independent artists. Thank you, thank you, thank you for supporting this endeavour -- especially at this point in time, your attention, interest and care for this project and the artists who make it possible is extremely valuable. We want to make more comics for you! We are nearing the end of the Second Batch of zines: next issue is no. 20, which is scheduled to come out next week (maybe Monday, maybe Wednesday, we'll see!), and after that only four more issues separate us from the fabled Third Batch.

'If in 50 years we ruin the world, would we turn Vancouver into a Spaceship and take to the stars? What would our home be?'. The Vancuver spaceship floats in space, and see images of life here, an alien buying dumplings, Science World against the void of space, the UBC clock tower touching the sky. 'Would the suns set because we rocket past them? Would we preserve the tastes of Chinatown for our alien neighbours? Would Science World look like just another planet? Would the UBC Clock Tower finally touch the stars?'
