Our foster girl, Large Marge, was adopted yesterday! Two adult humans came to meet her and another bunny named Hildegard, and the humans adopted both of them. Marge will also be living with two normal-sized cats and a 20-pound Maine Coon cat. That sounds like a fabulous life for all of them ❤️

We need to get our little Fizzgig adopted. She’s been with us for over two years. Our bunny hair dressing skills have improved :) We’d love to see her go to a home with another rabbit to kiss her eyes when they get weepy and help her feel safe. Until then, we’ll give her the best life we can.

A pet sitting request for 2 #dogs became 3. The 3rd named Beau was a rescue whose elderly guardians had entered a care facility. My heart sank seeing the grieving pup trying unsuccessfully to fit in. I needed to do something, thus, when I returned home, I invited him over for a playdate that lasted until an emergency #foster was secured 5 days later. Sadly, I could not keep him. I later heard that this sweet boy had become a foster “fail,” complete with his own monogrammed Christmas stocking.
