Nice: just got a pair of (presale) #GanjaWhiteNight tickets for $70. That's about the same as we pay for shows at #SoundcheckDC, but this show is at #Echostage. Tickets for shows at Echostage normally run at or slightly above $100 for a pair.

Also: I like that more events are being shown with #AllInPricing rather than your total going up by more than 30% when you get to the payment page.

We went to #GanjaWhiteNight's first "Wobble Coliseum" event in 2022. It was a great event. Well worth the travel effort and expense.

We were supposed to 2023's edition – had tickets and accomodations secured. Unfortunately, my dog got fatally sick that week, so we had to skip it. Sold tickets for a significant loss, but we're at least able to cancel the hotel without losing anything.

We went to 2023's edition and it wasn't nearly as good as the first one (or as good as the second one's lineup looked). Lesser, though still decent, lineup than the first two. Lot lower energy performancs. Overall less well organized.

This week, tix for the fourth edition went on sale. Seeing who they'd been touring North America with for other 2025 events, I'd assumed the third edition had been an anomaly. So, I had been looking forward to the presale. Then I got the presale code notification and a copy of the lineup. Suddenly, my enthusiasm was gone. While the top of the undercard was decent, if I'm traveling and springing for transportation, meals and lodging, more than just one of each night's supporting acts need to be of interest. Otherwise, it's just four hours across two nights of music I'm paying to travel (and taking time off work) for. Most shows I go to Echostage or Soundcheck for provide me with as much entertainment minus the travel hits.

Needless to say, I didn't take advantage of the presale. Also very unlikely I'm going to try to buy tix later (nearby hotel space will probably also run out soon, any way, mooting any ticket availability).

Wife and I go to a fair number of #EDM shows – at least 30/yr. We try to buy merch at any shows where artists make merch available (which is sadly-few). So, we often have artist merch on. Today, at the farmers market, I was wearing a #BTSM hockey jersey and my wife was wearing a #GanjaWhiteNight hockey jersey. We're both in our fifties, so, when other EDM fans see our clothing, they often ask us in delighted surprise if we actually do go to shows, and then seem to remember us ever after. Guy at the flower stand, this morning, is one such person. He's going to EDC Orlando, soon. We've been previously, so we've been discussing things to look out for, good and bad, on his upcoming trip.

Looks like Wobble Rocks 3 is happening, this year. Wonder if this also means that Wobble Coliseum 3 will be happening this summer (our dog, Lady, became terminally-ill the week leading into the weekend of Wobble Coliseum 2 meaning we had to sell off the tickets and cancel hotel reservations a day or two before we were set to head down to Hampton, VA).
