Ich bin gerade schon im Overload, da fährt jemand hinter uns mit extremen Bass. Da er zweimal hinter uns stand wegen einer Ampel, habe ich das vibrieren und gedröhne extrem mitbekommen.
Im Overload bin ich reizüberflutet und brauche dann meine Ruhe. Kleinigkeiten können dann bei mir schnell zum Meltdown oder Shutdown führen.

My biggest problem with our digital world is that there are just too effing many channels for communication, most of which are jammed solid with crap. So people will kvetch that they messaged me and never heard back, but when I go looking, I have to search texts, various platform messaging, email across multiple emails, Slack, and on and on. I really want to put up an autoresponder to indicate I only respond in *one* place, but it's not yet practical.
