Delayed update from yesterday because I passed out early evening.
Day 4: Gums recovery & adjusting to immediate dentures.
Dinner:
Steamed taro - I ate a full one & scraped softest parts from the other 2 pieces.
Baby Gourmet veggie beef & barley pureed soup.
Oikos blueberry yogurt.
1 pint of sweetened soy milk.
Day 5:
I'm not putting either upper or lower dentures back in for awhile today. May try putting back in, later in afternoon.
Very early this morning, had fresh ginger & honey drinks to calm my hella nauseous tummy. I did try puking but only dry heaved; leaving me feeling dizzy & shaky. I waited for my body to stop shaking. Then, slowly drank a chocolate Ensure nutritional supplement drink - it stayed down👍 I slept more.
Got up again, few minutes ago. I had my first poop since Friday & it made me feel bit better - only been able to poop 3 times since Wednesday's dental extractions & 1st day of immediate dentures put in. I did my saltwater & antiseptic oral rinses. Now, having mug of warm fermented salted lime & honey drink. Will attempt to eat some ramen noodle soup soon. No nausea atm & hoping it does not return today. I'm VERY hungry & need a lot more nourishment.
