Decided we would make most of this fine day and go for a wee #HillRun. At at touch over 26k / 550m vert it’s the longest run I have done for some years, and will pay for it on Tuesday for sure. But who cares about Tuesday 😀. Most importantly, my bothersome left foot hasn’t complained, so maybe I’ll be able to get some proper runs done later in the year.

The crew met me on the hill after I finished my 1200m elevation (3937 feet) so we could have a walk together. Nice way to shake out the run! So chilly! 18C!! Six weeks out from race day and this was the coldest temperature I've run in all July! 45 min easy run plus 5 hill runs at the end.

Felt really easy today, even with the cold rain.
