@divya
How utterly arbitrary and pointless. I was diagnosed with #ADHD as an adult in 2009 by my primary care physician at the time, and do you wanna know what the official diagnostic process was? A simple, 10-question self-assessment form with a cumulative score at the end.
THAT'S IT.
I answered truthfully, got my diagnosis, and I've been receiving treatment ever since. It makes me absolutely #furious that patients seeking an ADHD diagnosis nowadays are being subjected to such a ridiculous process, which seems deliberately designed to prevent them from being diagnosed!
Making an untreated ADHD patient jump through countless administrative and scheduling hoops is like asking a #blind person to solve one of those traffic light #CAPTCHAs, or asking a #deaf person to name the title and artist of a song playing on the radio.
Seriously, I'm losing my cool over here, and it's not just my #hyperactive sense of #injustice. This kind of policy should be straight up illegal. 🤬
