On 19th April, we raise awareness about IBS, a common but often misunderstood digestive disorder affecting millions worldwide. IBS causes abdominal pain, constipation, diarrhea, and other uncomfortable symptoms that impact daily life.

- IBS affects 4-7% of people in India and up to 10% globally.
- Women and those under 50 are at higher risk.
- Mental health issues like anxiety and depression can increase IBS risk.
