A sensory journey in a glass. 🍺🌲
Crack open a Celebration IPA and it hits first with that evergreen burst—fresh-cut pine, citrus peel, the snap of winter air you can almost taste. The malt warmth follows like stepping inside after a cold, wet day, hands wrapped around something bright and alive.
Here in the Pacific Northwest, this time of year blurs the line between seasons. Snow? Sometimes the only form it takes is rain—soft, steady, and everywhere. But this beer? It feels like snow. Crisp. Resinous. Wild. Like the holidays distilled into a single, glowing pour.
Sip by sip, it’s a reminder that winter doesn’t have to look the same to feel the same. ❄️🌧️💫
More on Sierra Nevada Celebration IPA:
Out of the can, Celebration IPA has a punched up off-white head, resting on a clear pool of dark gold, almost amber in color. Receding, there remains a cap of lacing on the surface.
Swirling and sniffing, we recover notes of dank grapefruit, pine resin, and caramel.
Sipping, those same elements are within along with a finish that is more pine resin bitterness. Overall, Celebration IPA has a medium mouthfeel, notes of alcoholic warmth, and a lingering bitterness complimented by pine resin.
