Was having an ASD reaction to the flipchart thing on Thursday *all* *day* yesterday.
I completely lost my mental equilibrium. It involved a lot of crying, questioning the sanity of my reality in my mental understanding of the world I've slotted myself into since I got my diagnosis, and feeling utterly, brokenly vulnerable, while still trying to interact like a normal person.
