If anti-fascim is your brand Putin can not be your ally. Neither #China nor #Russia stand for the kind of open and progressive society that sets modern-day #Taiwan apart from most other countries in #Asia.
Truly awful to see a #KMT chair venting such mad ideas that are the fastest way to submission imho. Taiwan deserves better, but I understood that Cheng is a disciple of Hung Hsiu-chu who was equally crazy.
The #KMT really has embarked on a deep dive into a dark-blue rabbit hole with the election of #ChengLiwun.
Seriously, siding with #Russia as a strategy for #Taiwan? You gotta be kidding me, #Putin is a murderous dictator who is beholden to the #CCP and fully supports #China's claim over Taiwan.
Let's just hope that Cheng is insane enough to alienate the #TPP and get it to cease cooperating blindly. Then this nutty would have done something good.
