Anyone here good with meal planning btw? How do you manage to get around with about 50 Euro/Month for a single person?

Things I've considered so far:
* Rice as base
* Noodles as base
* beef stew (not actually made yet) on-top of either.
* Making pizza, buns, and bread loaves from scratch at home myself

I've an instant pot, a rice cooker, oven, microwave, pans, and pots.
