We live in the center of #Amsterdam on the ground floor, so at 20:42 we climbed up the roof of our apartment building. Still a slightly higher building in the moon direction. So we were ready to be disappointed until we discovered a weak light in the air clearly above the building. Through my binoculars: the moon! We did not see it because it was still fully eclipsed! and the sun had only recently set (20:15). Beautiful to see the first rays illuminating it at 20:53. #eclipse #MoonEclipse #moon
