Ever pick up one of your #musicalinstruments and realize you're just not feeling it?

I grabbed my #acousticbass and that happened. It's not set up how I want it. Doesn't help that the preamp battery died. I have a new one for it now. Perhaps tomorrow!

Today's "lets try to avoid overusing the internet" has involved me making a racket on the piano accordian.
I inherited it several years ago, at which point I started teaching myself how to play. As with any of my instruments, I tend to play just one for a few months, then have a break and move on to another instrument, and cycle round them. Only with this I didn't come back to it - probably because its quite loud and I'm not very good at it, so I try to avoid inflicting it on the rest of my family.
Quite pleased to have managed to play through one song, though the quality was rather "primary school child playing recorder"! Will need to build up muscle strength though as its very heavy.
