#بلخ؛ ۴۰۰ تُن کمک‌های بشری #ازبکستان به هلال‌احمر افغانی سپرده شد

۴۰۰ تُن کمک‌های بشری شامل مواد غذایی و ادویه طبی که از سوی کشور ازبکستان ارسال شده بود، طی مراسمی در ولایت بلخ به #هلال‌احمر_افغانی سپرده شد.

در این مراسم، الحاج ملا محمد یوسف وفا والی بلخ، ملا محمد حنیف خالد رئیس زون شمال هلال‌احمر افغانی، قاری محمد یونس معصومی رئیس نمایندگی، عصمت‌الله ایرگشوف نمایندهٔ خاص رئیس‌جمهور ازبکستان، الوغ‌بیگ قاسموف والی ولایت سرخان‌دریا آن کشور و شماری از مقامات ولایتی دیگر حضور داشتند.

والی بلخ در سخنان خود گفت که ازبکستان از جمله #کشورهایی است که در مواقع حوادث طبیعی و غیرطبیعی به‌طور مداوم کمک‌های بشردوستانه با #افغانستان انجام داده است. وی از حکومت ازبکستان و هیأت همراه به‌خاطر کمک امروز قدردانی نموده و افزود که چنین همکاری‌هایی برای مردم افغانستان بسيار ارزشمند است.

سپس نمایندهٔ خاص رئیس‌جمهور ازبکستان در سخنان خود اطمینان داد که کشورش در #حالات_اضطراری همواره با مردم افغانستان همدردی نشان داده است و در زمینهٔ گسترش چنین #کمک‌های_بشردوستانه، به تلاش‌های خود ادامه خواهد داد.

رئیس زون شمال هلال‌احمر افغانی در سخنان خود گفت؛ این کمک‌ها بر اساس رهنمودهای رهبری هلال‌احمر و از طریق یک روند شفاف، به هموطنان #مستحق، #نیازمند و #آسیب‌دیده توزیع خواهد شد. وی تأکید کرد که هلال‌احمر افغانی تلاش می‌کند کمک‌های بشری را در سراسر کشور، با در نظر گرفتن نیازهای مردم، به‌گونه‌ای عادلانه توزیع نماید.

مواد کمکی شامل: ۹۶ تُن آرد، ۲۲ تُن برنج، ۲۲ تُن بوره، ۲۰ هزار لیتر روغن، ۴۰ تُن مکرونی، ۲۰ هزار قوطی گوشت کنسروی، ۱۸۰ هزار وعدهٔ غذای گرم و ۱۶۹ تُن ادویه مختلف طبی بود.

#Balkh: 400 Tons of Humanitarian Assistance from #Uzbekistan Handed Over to ARCS

400 metric tons of #humanitarian_assistance consisting of food items and medical supplies, sent by the Republic of Uzbekistan, were handed over to the #ARCS during a ceremony held in Balkh. The event was attended by Al-Haj Mullah Mohammad Yousuf Wafa, Governor of Balkh Province; Mullah Mohammad Hanif Khalid, Director of the ARCS Northern Zone; Qari Mohammad Younis Masoumi, Head of the ARCS Provincial Branch; Ismatullah Irgashov, Special Representative of the President of Uzbekistan to #Afghanistan; Ulugbek Qasymov, Governor of Surkhandarya Province of Uzbekistan; along with a number of other provincial officials.

In his remarks, the Governor of Balkh stated that Uzbekistan is among the #countries that have consistently provided humanitarian assistance to Afghanistan during times of natural and non-natural disasters. He expressed gratitude to the Government of Uzbekistan and the visiting delegation for today’s assistance, adding that such #cooperation is of great value to the Afghan people.

Subsequently, the Special Representative of the President of Uzbekistan assured that his country has always demonstrated solidarity with the Afghan people during #emergencies and will continue its efforts to expand such humanitarian assistance.

The Director of the ARCS Northern Zone stated that, under the guidance of ARCS leadership and through a transparent process, the assistance will be distributed to #deserving, #needy, and #disaster_affected people. He emphasized that ARCS strives to distribute humanitarian assistance fairly across the country, in accordance with the needs of the people.

The assistance included 96 tons of flour, 22 tons of rice, 22 tons of sugar, 20,000 liters of cooking oil, 40 tons of macaroni, 20,000 cans of canned meat, 180,000 hot meals, and 169 tons of various medical supplies.
