It occurred to me that I never post any process photos when I'm doing bread. Here you can see a multigrain dough split in two on the counter, some finished baguettes, and a sandwich loaf. If you notice the baguette at the front, it looks different to the others - that's because I did a "proper" baguette fold-and-roll for that one, but just rolled the others. I thought it might be interesting for people to see the difference.
