When you go to the installer you will be able to see the drop down of dependencies (or select them if you want them!)

I just checked my #QGIS 3.31 dev #OSGeo4W install and it already lists #GDAL 3.8 dev

@EvenRouault @gdal Also available as nightly in #osgeo4w which the qgis nightlies already use (packages gdal-dev and qgis{-rel,-ltr}-dev).
