Pihakoivun oksalle n. 2 m rungosta on räkätti tehnyt kahtena kesänä pesän. Onnistumisesta en ole varma, mutta muistelen toisella kerralla pesän tulleen alas niin varhain, että ymmärsi rakentaa uuden muualle. Samassa koivussa on runkoa vasten räkätti pesinyt useina vuosina ennen tätä ja myös jälkeen kerran tai pari.
