I recently had the opportunity to chat with one of my brothers about his #pizza sauce recipe. With Worcestershire sauce, Balsamic vinegar, and a few dashes of Tabasco sauce, it strikes me as a tavern-style sauce.
I made it for the very first time last weekend. It was delicious.
It's a "no cook" sauce. I tweaked my brother's recipe slightly to add fresh garlic and onion.

It is super simple and just works. This is best prepared the day before cooking.
