I’ve found NaNoWriMo difficult in the past and given up, but this year maybe things will work out better. One change that may make a difference is discovering that preparing in October for NaNoWriMo November is a thing. It even has a name: Preptober. Advice for Preptober I have seen on YouTube and in other blog posts often involves “the 5 Ps” and “GAPS”.
