It’s tempting to jump right into #MetroidPrime3Corruption, but I’d probably should figure out if playing with an actual Wii Remote is worth it. People say that the motion controls are excellent, but if I would play that way (I still have it and a USB Sensor Bar), I would be playing on a monitor at a desk. In the past, I found that having a distance was important; otherwise, it loses the cursor and panics all the time.

What’s your opinion if you played it? #FediAsks: #PrimeHack or #WiiRemote?

I wonder if the guys at #RetroStudios looked into #PrimeHack and pitched the idea of remaking #Metroid Prime 2 and 3 with mouse support.

Metroid Prime 2: Echoes is slightly better than Metroid Prime 1.

After Sky Fortress the game shits itself on discovery. The fourth beam is useless. Super beams are useless. The rest vary between ok and better than the previous game.

I just started playing #MetroidPrime3 on @dolphin today and I must say, it's amazing! I'm using the #primehack patchset on top of the latest dolphin release, along with a UI patch to actually display the keys instead of buttons, and the controls feel like they were always meant to be this way!

I played the GameCube edition for Prime 1 and 2 on Dolphin as well, and they also played fine, but Prime 3 is even better. Great job everyone!

If #Switch2 is delayed until 2025, will we finally get other #MetroidPrime games or what? I have a #PrimeHack and not afraid to use it!

I've been doing some testing for gaming in linux and tried several different things.

Games for the #Atari, #NES, #GameGear and #Gamecube, with stuff like the NES HD texture packs for Mesen, the #SuperMarioWorld widescreen hack, and #Primehack, which allows mouse and keyboard play for Metroid Prime games.

Other stuff added are several #RPGMaker games using EasyRPG, and the Adobe #Flash Player available in the Discover store if you use KDE.

Testing #PrimeHack for Metroid Prime. Can someone tell Nintendo that i would pay money for a native PC port? 😻
