Before I possibly irreversably modify this device I thought I'd just put this out there in case this is the last piece someone needs to restore their 1950's Radar/Comms receiver.

It is a coaxial filter labeled '350' - presumably Mhz . The 1/4 wave line is tuned by an air spaced cap at the open end. The coax connectors are 'PYE' type . I have the mating connectors, because I bought them 45 years ago when I had a No 19 set! It's silver plated inside .

Tenor der #StUA Ausschussmitglieder: Wir wollen den 20-Minuten-Takt im #ÖPNV für den #Osnabrück Ortsteil #Pye behalten, brauchen dafür jdeoch noch mehr Informationen und eine gesicherte Zuverlässigkeit. Es geht auch um Mehrkosten von 170.000 €. Dafür wird die Entscheidung auf die nächste Sitzung verschoben und die 20-Minuten-Variante A aus der Vorlage detailliert aufbereitet.

#StUA TOP 3.4 „Vergabe #ÖPNV Leistungen in der VOS Wallenhorst und mögliche Auswirkungen für den Stadtverkehr in Osnabrück – Entscheidung #Fahrplan Taktung #Pye – Osnabrück, Innenstadt“ ist an sich großer Mist und „fire fighting“, also die Abwehr von Missständen wegen der Kündigung eines bisherigen Dienstleisters. Der Takt würde sich bei 30 min. deutlich verschlechtern und den Bus unattraktiver machen.

Cool cover, I really like the color scheme it shows Blood Work which I'm assuming is one of the comics inside. THe composition is pretty simple but the green and red color scheme really sell it for me.

Ich habe einen recht alten (40er, 50er, 60er?) Ventilator von PYE geerbt, der zwar ewig braucht, um hochzulaufen und auch nur, wenn er genau waagrecht steht und recht warm wird, aber mir insgesamt viel Freude bereitet.

Ich wollte etwas über ihn herausfinden. Das ist mir leider nicht gelungen.
