Tho I expect them to cost like €250-500 easily due to the parts and labour.

Just finished watching LGR's video on rasteri's weeCee, a "tiny new MS-DOS and WIndows gaming PC".
Not available pre-built or as a kit, but the weeCee project designs are on CircuitMaker, complete with design files and components list.
