Thanks to Jacob Shimanski from AMI, for reminding me that reaper is completely customizable. Just because there’s a default key stroke that doesn’t mean you have to stick with that default keystroke set. The E now jumps to the beginning of my time selection, skips back a little bit, and then plays skipping time selection. This allows me to preview my time selection before taking an action on it to ensure it sounds the way I expect it to. #ReaperTips #PodcastEditing #Audio

Love discovering new workflows. Example, created the main project for a podcast, highlighted the interview track, and pressed Option+Shift+U. just created a new sub project that I could edit the track that I had originally highlighted in, and then I rendered that track as its own item on a separate track and brought it back into the main project. There’s probably an easier way to do that, but that was pretty damn cool. #ReaperTips
