Aunt, who is retired, ordered replacement battery from #RoboVac. Battery went to her old place of employment. The only reason we can figure this is perhaps because she has employer's address as a secondary delivery address for #Amazon, and they use Amazon logistics for delivery. Unwanted data sharing appears to have caused this.

I’m about to throw my #wyze robot vacuum out the fucking window.

Despite deleting the map multiple times, I still can’t customize rooms. The old existing map keeps appearing and telling me to map again.

So I DELETE the app, create a NEW Wyze account with a different email, and factory-reset the vacuum.

And the old DELETED map magically appeared again.

My partner and I have stupid fights;

I bought a #robovac a few years ago. It runs into things and often gets stuck, but it does the job. My partner ~hates~it's~guts!~ They say it intentionally gets in their way, goes after their cords, and--worst of all--sounds like a home intruder. They lock it in the closet every chance they get.

Well, the other night the worst finally happened; it caught a dog poop and dragged it around the new bathroom rug.

Automating a RoboVac is a hassle when it keeps getting stuck on Lego pieces.

I run my robovac almost every morning.

This morning, it figured out how to get under one of my rugs. It’s a fairly long runner. I was just watching a rug lump go by. I have no idea how it got under it.

It did manage to escape without a problem.

I wish I got video, lol.
