It’s heckin’ cold and I’m firmly in dessert mode!

A 2023 bottle from the local, it’s lightly covered in dust and has aged well - remains rich with blueberry tartness and a thick chocolate body. A perfect cold weather treat.

Soloævl 34 – Beard Brew Russian Imperial Stout og At nyde hvordan min hjerne fungerer

Mathias har meget travlt på teateret i denne uge – men Mikkel har også været syg! Derfor denne sene Soloævl, hvor den dårlige lydkvalitet omkring stemmen ikke er forvrængning, men forkølelse. For at få stemmen ordentligt i gang igen, drikker Mikkel en Imperial Stout på overvældende 10% fra det lokale Beard Brew. Han har jo selv et mægtigt skæg, så ikke overraskende bliver det hele lidt navlepillende i dag – men også med potentielt provokerende reduktive teorier om, hvordan Mathias’ og Mikkels hjerner fungerer og kan sammenlignes.

I næste uge: igen to værter, og videre i Danmarkshistorien til perioden 1814 – 1945.
