Good condition, with slight corner bumps, but small crease to bottom left corner.

Brunel’s rail bridge spanning the flooded Tamar river as sun starts to rise hiding just behind the hillside on the opposite bank. Foreground with pub bar tables sitting in the high waterTamar river so high is come up the slipway on the left and covered the road in front of me all the way to the restaurant on the opposite side. Footpath and yellow lines painted on the road submerged below the water. Several cars nearby also with their wheels submerged by several inches.The shaded shape of a spaniel dog looks in from the left at the scene where the grassy foreground is consumed at the edge by the flooded river Tamar so much that the benches that line the grass above the river are now in it. The Tamar crossing road bridge is in the distance on the right side and the sun is glowing orange hiding behind the hillside on the opposite bank, waiting to rise and help burn off the morning river mist.A riverside bench sits in the river that has flooded a corner of the green that usually sits high above the waterline. Railings in front and some yachts moored on the river farther out. Mist on the water in the distance with a yellow orange sunrise sky over Dartmoor
